1. What is the purpose of the mock exam? +

The mock exam helps children experience a real exam environment, practice under timed conditions, and understand their strengths and areas for improvement.

2. Will my child get the question paper? +

No. Question papers are not shared to maintain fairness and protect exam integrity. Parents receive results and feedback only.

3. When will we receive the results? +

Results and feedback are shared after the session, following our standard process. They are usually sent within approximately 10 days.

4. Can I stay inside the exam hall? +

No. Parents are not allowed inside the exam room.
This helps children stay focused and reduces distractions

5. What should my child bring? +

• Pencils • Eraser • Sharpener • Water bottle (optional) All other materials will be provided.

6. What if my child is late? +

Late entry may not be allowed as it disrupts the exam environment.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

7. What if my child needs the toilet during the exam? +

Children can use the toilet if needed, but they must do so quietly and responsibly. We encourage them to go before the exam starts.

8. Can I reschedule or cancel a booking? +

Yes, based on our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • 1 month before: Full refund
  • Up to 10 days before: 50% refund
  • Within 10 days: No refund

9. Will my child be compared with others? +

No. We do not compare children. While a ranking is provided as part of the score report, it is only to show where your child stands within the group. All feedback is personalized and focuses on your child’s individual progress and next steps — never on comparisons with other students.

10. Can siblings or friends wait inside the venue? +

No. Only the child attending the exam should enter the hall area.
This helps maintain a calm environment.

11. What if my child feels nervous? +

This is normal. Our team supports children gently and encourages them to stay calm and do their best.

12. Can I share my child’s results with others? +

We request parents to keep the performance report private and for personal use only.

13. What if my child has special requirements? +

Please contact us in advance so we can understand their needs and advise accordingly.

14. How long is the mock exam? +

Session timings vary depending on the paper, and full details will be shared in the booking confirmation. Each session typically lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including break time.
