1. Bookings
Mindworks provides in person 11+ mock exams to support children preparing for grammar school entrance exams.
By booking a mock exam, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- All bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
2. Mock Exam Scores: What They Mean
Important Note: Mock exam scores are for guidance only. They help families understand progress but do not guarantee admission to any school.
3. Exam Materials
All mock exam papers, answer sheets, and feedback materials used during Mindworks sessions remain the property of Mindworks.
To maintain fairness and exam integrity:
- We do not provide copies of the question papers.
- Parents receive results and feedback only.
- Materials must not be copied, photographed, or shared.
All feedback is provided solely for your child's personal learning.
4. Results & Feedback
Parents receive:
- Their child's score.
- A breakdown of performance.
- Strengths and areas for improvement.

- Feedback format may be updated as we improve our services.
5. On Site Mock Exam Process
Mindworks aims to provide a smooth and reliable experience for every child attending our in person mock exams. While we follow a consistent structure, certain adjustments may be necessary at times.
- Venue or timing changes may occur if required.
- Unforeseen situations (such as illness, emergencies, or venue issues) may lead to modifications.
- Any updates will be communicated to parents as early as possible.
We may also refine our exam formats or processes from time to time to maintain quality and fairness for all students.
6. Using Our Services Responsibly
To ensure a smooth experience for all families, we kindly ask parents to follow these simple guidelines:
- Use the booking system appropriately and avoid duplicate or incorrect bookings.
- Do not copy, photograph, or distribute any exam materials.
- Do not share login links or access details provided for results or feedback.
- Avoid disrupting the running of mock exam sessions.
- Keep your child's performance report private.
If these guidelines are not followed, we may limit access to future sessions.
7. Our Responsibility to Families
Mindworks aims to provide a smooth and supportive experience for all children. However, there are certain areas that are outside our control. For this reason, Mindworks cannot be held responsible for:
- Decisions made by grammar schools regarding admissions.
- A child's final 11+ exam results or outcomes.
- How a child feels about their performance, including disappointment or stress.
- Situations that interrupt or affect a session, such as unexpected venue issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
We follow all reasonable steps to deliver our services safely and professionally. Some responsibilities cannot be limited by law, and where this applies, those protections will always remain in place.
8. How We Handle Your Information
Mindworks collects only the information needed to manage your child's mock exam booking and provide their results. We store and use this information carefully and only for purposes directly related to our services.
We use your details for:
